It has only been a couple of days since our new website and e-commerce site went live, and we had been working like crazy behind the scenes to try and get things ready for the launch. Guess what? We didn't quite make it. The launch caught a few of us a little by surprise.
There is still a great deal of work that Chris, David, Helen, and Angus have to do to make things perfect. That said, right now our priorities are ensuring our school rentals flow smoothly, and that the most important rental-related items are available, and easy to find.
Yup, there are going to mistakes
There are bound to be some mistakes on the site, and we are doing our best to find them all and fix them. In the meantime, if you find something that makes no sense; something that is flat-out wrong—where the pricing looks iffy, or where the image is completely incorrect, please send an email to: info@matterhornmusic.ca

But you don't seem to have what I'm looking for
It will take a few weeks before all of our inventory is fully updated and complete on the site. If you are looking for something that is not listed on the site, please send us an email, or phone the shop at: 604-596-7616
If we don't have what you're looking for in stock, we can usually get it within a couple of weeks.
