Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, and for the health and safety of our staff and customers, Matterhorn Music has updated its COVID protocols, but is continuing with the following operational changes it implemented in 2020:
- The doors will be locked during normal business hours. When you arrive, please phone the shop at 604-596-7616
- Only 1 person (1 parent + 1 child is OK) is allowed into the shop at a time
- All instruments brought in for service may be required to remain in their cases for 3 days before they can be assessed for repairs.
- All staff are required to wear non-medical masks when interacting with customers. Disposable gloves may be required.(Dependent on the situation.)
- Customers are required to wear a non-medical mask as well.
We are offering curbside/porch pick-up and delivery within Surrey city limits on all orders over $25 (before tax).
Besides all the usual Rico and Vandoren reeds, we are also dealers for Harry Hartmann’s Fiberreed as well as Légère. For brass wind players we have a great selection of La Tromba oils and lubricants, as well as Robinson’s Remedies.
