Covid-19 Response (9/9/2020)

For the health and safety of our staff and customers, Matterhorn Music has implemented the following operational changes:

• The doors will be locked during normal business hours. When you arrive, please phone the shop at 604-596-7616.
• Only 1 person (1 parent + 1 child is OK) is allowed into the shop at a time
• All instruments brought in for service must remain in their cases for 3 days before they can be assessed for repairs.
• All staff are required to wear non-medical masks and face shields when interacting with customers. Disposable gloves may be required.(Dependent on the situation.)
• Customers are encouraged to wear a non-medical mask as well.
• We have had to reduce our hours to allow for enhanced daily cleaning of frequently-touched areas.

We are offering curbside/porch pick-up and delivery within Surrey city limits on all orders over $25 (before tax).

Besides all the usual Rico and Vandoren reeds, we are also dealers for Harry Hartmann’s Fiberreed as well as Légère. For brass wind players we have a great selection of La Tromba oils and lubricants, as well as Robinson’s Remedies.
